Severe headache and blurry vision

Did you perform any surgery for the eyes?

Do you suffer from pre-existing illnesses in the eye?

I had high sugar of 430. I am given Gride M for diabetic. Now for past for 10 days or so I got sudden blurry vision when I write or read. I feel something is blocking my vision. 

Do you suffer from any diseases in the body?

Diabetic hyperglecmia. Uterus and ovaries removed at the age of 33.

Do I have eye problem. Or do I have some temporary problems due to high sugar.

Your condition can't be diagnosed here. You have to visit an eye doctor for full evaluation. High blood sugar can cause many complications such as glaucoma, cataract, vitreous hemorrhage and diabetic macular edema and the only way to diagnose any of these cause is by full ocular examination.
