Hi,
When I watch tv or doing any work with focus specially on gadgets I am feeling severe pressure at the side of my left eye that I have to press it with my fingers all the time I am watching and my pupils move on left side and head turns on right side.
It sometimes happens when I go in sunlight and in sunlight after that I am feeling dizzy like I am off balance. Sometimes it’s happening during my sleep also.

From the description of your problem it seems you have abnormal eye movement with abnormal head posture that should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist.
Dizziness while sleeping should also be evaluated by ENT doctor. There are many causes of that such as inner ear infection.
