How to Reduce AGEs ?
AGEs are created through two ways:
1. Inside the body from precursor compounds or foods that contain them.
2. From foods during the cooking process.
Foods that are browned into a nice caramel color, cooked at high temperatures with very little moisture, or microwaved contain remarkably higher concentrations of AGEs than those cooked at lower temperatures.
