Hello,
I had a quick question regarding my eye prescription. I don't mean to ask a dumb question, but I just wanted to make sure.
If my left eye is prescribed with 180 AXIS and my right is 10 AXIS, my vision would be blurred if I wore contact lenses that were both 180 AXIS, correct?

It is better to have the Axis for contact lenses the same as your Eyeglass prescription but most of the time 10 degree difference won't cause blurring of vision.
