Question

Hi,

Observed it just today, the corner of my eye, the caruncle is yellow and slightly elevated

There is no pain or any discharge.

I have history of allergic conjunctivitis and have dry eyes and currently not putting any drops.

I am worried if this will effect my vision.

Thanks for your Question

Most likely the swelling is caused by blocked sebaceous gland or fat gland. Warm compress with massage to the area can be helpful. If no improvement, small surgical excision can be done in outpatient clinic.
