Hi,

I am wearing spectacles/glasses of 6.5 points and my eyesight is - 7.0 D and i m feeling comfortable with - 6.50 D glasses. Is it ok for me and for my with wearing spectacles/glasses with a 0.50 D number less ?

The most important thing when you wear your glasses is that your eyesight is good and you feel comfortable. If you feel comfortable with 0.5 D less than required and you satisfied with your vision then it is ok, otherwise you might need to recheck your refractive power with an optometrist.

There is no harm of 0.5 D less and your eyesight is not in danger.
