Hello,

Answer

Thanks for your Question

This yellow bump in your eye is called pterygium which is benign growth of fibrovascular tissue from the conjunctiva towards the eye. It can cause irritation, red eye, pain and corneal astigmatism. It can be treated by surgical excision.

Anti inflammatory eye drops with preservative free lubrication eye drops can give you symptomatic relief from irritation and red eye.
