Dear Sir ,

My Left Eye vision is 1 MTR FINGER COUNTING, and right eye vision is 6/12.

So please can you tell me how much percentage (%) i have low vision ?

and what is the process of making low vision certificate in delhi.

In your Right eye you have around 80% vision while in left eye you have between 1-5% vision

Regarding vision certificate in India, you should ask your local health authority.
