Answer

Thanks for your Question

It is normal to have double vision in the first few weeks after cataract surgery. Persistent double vision can be due to corneal astigmatism or tilted intraocular lens.

After 3-5 weeks i usually do refraction for that eye to find any astigmatism. Mild to moderate astigmatism can be corrected with eyeglasses while severe astigmatism which is most likely due to tilted intraocular lens can be treated with reposition of the intraocular lens.
