Hi,

I have pain behind my eyes and transparent discharge from  it since last 9 months . Also there is light sensitivity and i see double from upper right corner of eyes while doing eye exercise with pen while it is fine from front.

Also, i feel better by doing eye exercises.

There are many causes of eye pain from eye infection, glaucoma, uveitis and optic neuritis. Sometimes , pain in the eye can be caused by infection or inflammation of the sinus which can also cause clear discharge from the eye.

Double vision when you look upward is related to restriction or limitation of vertical eye movements and the most common cause is thyroid eye disease. 

You should have full eye examination with your eye doctor in order to find the cause.
