Hi,
I punctured the white portion of the eye with a small wire. Nothing is open tonight; what do I do while waiting to make an appointment ? Do I use eye drops ? Is this something I should go to a doctor for ?

Thanks for your Question
This is subconjunctival hemorrhage from the trauma and it seems to be superficial. Nothing to worry about. Just use antibiotics eye drops to prevent any infection of the wound.
If you have severe pain or blurry vision you should visit your eye doctor.
