Hi,

My right eye have been very uncomfortable for weeks, maybe a month, and I couldn't pinpoint why, my vision is unaffected.

Today I got so frustrated and I started pulling my eyelids to see if anything was going on behind. Surprisingly, I did see something, like a white spot with veins all around, I've attached photos below, the second is more obvious. What could it be? It is not really going away, I feel it all the time.

My other eye is normal and fully white. Also recently I've been seeing worm like floaters if that matters, but it's not as much now. 

Please tell me what it could be, and if it is dangerous, thank you, I appreciate it.

Sorry but the images that you attached are nor clear. Please try to attach HD images

It might be mild irritation and you can use lubricant eye drops.
