Sir,

I have got a red swollen left eye. it started with mild irritation on 20 March 2020, and now my left is red and swollen and its paining when i close my eye.

Thanks for your Question

First of all stop oral medications. No need for them at this point. Second thing you have to use combined steroid and antibiotics such as tobradex eye drops three-four times a day for 1 week with lubricant eye drops.

Most likely you have viral conjunctivitis and it is contagious to the other eye and also to other people. Use your own towel and don't shake hands with other.
