RGP Optive with Purite vs. Refresh Contacts

20 years RGP CL wearer, I LOVE RGP CL, I never ever get an eye infection, and I do the protein removal soak ever 4 days.

I have used Refresh Contacts a good product, then my eyedoc of a lot of years who is an ARtiste in RGP, the best eyedoc for RGP I have ever had, one day said vs. Refresh Contacts he and his asst. both said they like
Refresh Optive (back then, was Optive, then purchased by the Refresh group at Allergan.
and I mean the Optive w/Purite.

Pro: better sliminess for my RGP's especially long days and tired
when tired means less tear production and no tears in RGP
mean uncomfortable period.

Con: a "slight" very slight, some days, "sting" with the Optive.

may this time again go with Refresh Contacts.
been using the Refresh Optive for a lot of years though.

Note. soft lenses a WAY different material, so b4 you DESTROY your

expensive contact lenses as some solutions will MELT your lenses,
ASK your eye doc FIRST. not the asst., the DOC. to his/her face.
Often real good eye docs have small free samples of various brands.
