Thanks for your Question

According to the corneal pentacam images that you uploaded, you have what is called Forme fruste keratoconus or subclinical or suspected keratoconus. Corneal pentacam shows suspicious findings but the patient does not present with any clinical signs or symptoms of Keratoconus.

You have two options either you go with corneal cross linking to prevent your condition from getting worse or you can wait with regular follow up, for example every 6 month with new corneal pentacam with every visit.

In case there are changes in corneal pentacam, you should go with corneal cross linking. In case your condition is stable just follow up.

patients with Forme Fruste Keratoconus are not good candidate for lasik eye surgery. They can do Photorefractive keratectomy with or without corneal cross linking.
