Hi,
I have brown eyes but i have recently notice that their is a thin light blue line appear around it. I want to know if that is normal for a 21 year old or is it something i have to worry about ?

The part of the eye that is responsible for eye color is called iris. Light blue color around the brown iris is unusual thing. It can be a normal variation of the iris color which is a benign condition and nothing should be worried about or it can be associated with eye diseases.
Unfortunately i couldn't give you the right answer unless i see it be myself. I would advice you to visit an eye doctor or an optometrist especially if you have other associated signs and symptoms such as blurred vision, eye pain, red eye.
