Hi,

I'm very sensitive to bright lights indoors and outdoors and it effects my everyday life. I get so many frequent headaches and my eyes do it so frequently that its effects my driving and pushing a shopping cart.

I wanna know how can i make this stop or at least treat it.

Your symptoms are due to dry eyes. You should use preservative free lubricant eye drops and see how things are going. If you have no improvement within 1-2 weeks, you should visit your eye doctor.
