Hi,
In the past 2 months my eyes have become extremely sensitive. They water when I sneeze, cough, yawn and sometimes just randomly especially when I'm sitting in class (still in high school) should I be worried?
I work in a fish and chips shop therefore I spend a lot of time standing over hot oils.

Most likely you have dry eye from hot environment. You have to use lubricant eye drops especially while you are working.
