Hello Dr

So my problem is sometimes after hard working, over stressed or sometimes with no stress or hard working, i begin to see flashes in my eyes and i can see nothing just those flashes, then after 10 to 15 min they are gone, and my seeing returns normal.

I was like this until i got eye glasses, this becomes less appearance but it still appears.

What should i do Doctor?

Thanks for your Question

You have something called Ocular Migraine in which patient will have flashes of light, zigzag lights, stars and blind spots in visual field that can be followed by blindness or loss of vision for few minutes.

Ocular migraine not always associated with classical one side headache.

There is no definite treatment of it. Usually it goes away by itself after 20-30 minutes and the only thing you can d it to stop what are you doing and take a rest till the episode is gone and your vision back to normal.

In case you have headache, you can take pain killer for that.
