Hi,

Someone’s vision can be categorized by 20/20, I am long sighted in my left eye and completely blind in my right due to a childhood accident.

What sight category or range would I be in ?

There is something called binocular for both eyes and uniocular for one eye so your binocular visual acuity is 20/20 while your uniocular visual acuity is blind in one eye and 20/20 in the other eye.
