Hi,
My vision seems fine but I have headaches and strained eyes for days now whenever I read even just one paragraph and look at my phone/laptop. I'm also having a hard time adjusting from dark to bright places and my eyes are sensitive with lights.

It seems you have dry eyes. Try to use lubrication eye drops use it 3-5 times a day. In case you feel no improvement within a week you should visit your eye doctor because you might need eyeglasses.
