Eyeglasses only help you to see clearly. You have mild astigmatism. If you feel that your vision is blurry and you have eyestrain and headache then most likely you need to wear eyeglasses. If not, then no need
You should have full eye examination not only the visual acuity to have in depth explanation of your condition but in general you shouldn't worry about mild astigmatism.
