Hello and thank you for your time
I have recently changed my eyeglasses about 2 days ago and i have problems with adaption. I changed the eyeglasses frame but with the same prescription.
My eyes are both -4.5 myopia and spheric. I have faced eye distortion from the time i put my new eyeglasses. Should i worry or how long have to wait for adaption ? How much time ?

You need 3-4 days to adapt to your eyeglasses. After that you have to go back and check the prescription and IPD with your optometrist.
