Hi,
I need help on figuring out what's wrong with my eyes.
I've been home for a month just constantly on my phone and laptop and for almost two weeks.
I think my eyes occasionally would have pressure and feel like they're trying hard to focus.

most likely you have hypermetropia or nearsightedness in which your vision is somehow clear for far but for near you need to wear eyeglasses. You should visit your optometrist to have full eye exam and give you a prescription of eyeglasses to wear it all the time.
