Did you perform any surgery for the eyes?
Do you suffer from pre-existing illnesses in the eye?

Do you suffer from any diseases in the body?
Do you use any eye drops?
Do you wear Contact lenses or Eyeglasses?

I had myopia and wore glasses from 3-4 till 18, the vision got pretty got 20/20 almost so i stopped wearing the glasses. I work a lot on the computer (one eye was never as good as the other ) .

now I'm 23 didn't wear glasses since then i have some computer glasses , with the "bad"" eye , i see clearly but with the one that was almost perfect i have blurry vision but sometimes it comes back and i see perfect again.

My question do i have cataract?

Thanks for your Question

Cataract can never occur with 20/20 vision. Most likely you have dry eyes which occur frequently in people who works on computer for long time. I recommend that you use artificial tears.

There is something i am confused about, you said that you have myopia and you wore glasses and now your vision without glasses is 20/20. How much your refractive powers was?

If by refractive powers you mean diopters in the bad eye( left ) about 2 and it got to about 0,75 when i was 18 and in the good eye i think it was maybe 1 and got to 0. But what i don't understand is why does the image get blurry only on the good eye ?

I think it could be, because the brain only uses that one since it gives the better image and so only that one gets tired and its overused ...? and the dry eye i think you are right but i also have some mild allergy do you think that interferes in some way ? and the last question sorry about bombarding you like this if i continue with this close work (I'm a kind of artist and have to work close all the time for drawing ) will it get even worse?

Because like i told you if i get enough rest and don't do any close work ( every morning when i just wake up i see pretty good ....sometimes perfect, perfect like extremely good but then it goes away .....

Thanks very much for your time !
