Hi,
My eyes have been sore & watering for the last week, I have a swollen optic nerve in the same eye (right eye).
I was mainly wondering what is the little white thing in the picture, and what looks like going on with eye in photo

You can use preservative free lubrication for sore eyes. You might have dry eyes and you just need a rewetting drops.
This pic is normal. This white thing is called Lacrimal punctum, a small orifice to drain tears from the eye down to the nose.
