Hi,

Two months ago after meibomian gland expression with cotton buds performed by doctors I feel no more blockage and burning. Will my glands go back to normal size now as my lid is still swollen ?

It should go back to its normal size within few days. Longer than that you should go back to your doctor for explanations. You might have chalazion an din this case, surgical removal should be done

You should continue in lid hygiene to reduce the incidence of blockage of the glands.
