Hi,

I noticed a lump on my left eye(the lower eye lid) a year ago

Now I noticed another lump has popped up on the upper eye lid of d same eye

What could this be?

This is called Chalazion which is sebaceous or fatty cyst in the eyelid due to blockage of Oil gland on the eyelid called Meibomian gland

The only way to treat these two cysts is surgical removal which is a simple procedure with local anaesthesia and can be done in outpatient clinic.

Lid hygiene is very important to prevent further formation of these cysts.
