Hi,
I have glaucoma in my left eye and even lost sight in the left eye. It's painful. My eye pressure is high.
What Should I do?

You didn't mention what is the cause of glaucoma. Is it open angle glaucoma or neovascular glaucoma because the treatment off both are different. But in general you should use full anti glaucoma to reduce the intraocular pressure as much as possible. Laser such as diode laser can be added to further reduce the pressure.
Neovascular glaucoma might required retina laser photocoagulation with anti-VEGF injection in addition to eye drops for glaucoma.
Sometimes retrobulbar alcohol or chlorpromazine injection can help to reduce intraocular pressure and also to reduce pain.
You should discuss those options with your eye doctor.
