As patient with open angle glaucoma, you should avoid inhalers with steroid as this might have negative effect on intraocular pressure.

Most of COPD medications have anticholinergic properties or antimuscarinic properties which can worsening the condition in patients with narrow angle glaucoma but they can be used in patients with open angle glaucoma.

You should keep in mind also not to use anti glaucoma eye drops with b-blockers as these eye drops and worsening the condition of asthma and COPD attacks.
