Hi doctor,

I am a 25 year old female. I had my femtosecond lasik done 4 years ago. My prescription was -6.95. I have started to feel strain in my eyes again so I had my eye checkup yesterday and I have a slight prescription again which is -0.75 in right eye and -1.00 in the left eye.

I am wondering if I can have laser/lasik done again in an year or so. I just don't want my number to increase. What can I do to improve it or make it stable?

Please advice.

Lasik Enhacement or re-treatment can be done if there are significant vision changes overtime, but there many tests should be done before the surgery to make sure that retreatment is safe.

Vision usually stabilize at 20-21 years and there is nothing you can do to stabilize your vision.
