ICL surgery and LASEK enhancement

Question
Dear sir or madam,
I have done an ICL implant surgery in 2017 in London Clinic (my vision was -3.75/-4.50) and afterwards, I have gone through Lasek enhancement surgery because the ICL surgery needed further enhancement surgery as I have slight astigmatism with -1.00/-1.00.
Currently, I am dissatisfied with my vision as I have developed light sensitivity after Lasek and overall my vision is not good as it was with the glasses in terms of quality and comfort. I see better (sharper HD vision) and crispier than with the glasses after ICL surgery ( and top up Lasek) but the overall quality of the vision is not comfortable.
So my question is if I decide to remove the ICL will my vision get back to its previous state? Because I have gone through LASEK enhancement and corneas' shape is curved will it be back to its previous condition? Or I have to change the ICL? what is your take on this?
Thank you very much for your insight beforehand.

Thanks for your Question
I need to ask you, before Lasek surgery, were you satisfied with your vision?
