Hi,
My baby is 8 months old he falls from 2 m he has strabismus . I went to eye doctor and give exercise at home . To look with one eye (right) then change to look with the other ( left) .
Does it work and how long does it take to see changes .

At this age, exercise wont work. Your eye doctor should give you a cause which should be treated either with eyeglasses with patch of one eye or surgery for ocular muscles.
You should visit an eye doctor who is specialized in pediatric age group and strabismus to do full examination of your kid.
