Hi,

I have black discoloration on my sclera. What is the cause ?

This is called ocular melanocytosis. It is a congenital condition characterized by unilateral patchy and extensive bluish or grayish discoloration of the sclera.

It is an increase risk for glaucoma and very minimum, almost 1 for 5000 is at risk for uveal melanoma. You should check with your eye doctor with regular follow up.
