Hi,

My wife age 42 years suffering from Iridocyclitis to right eye since last two years. She underwent treatment for the same.

But the problem still persists and her vision is badly getting affected due to this. Now, since last two months the same problem (Iridocyclitis) has started in her left eye.

Again her vision is getting affected badly. She is under treatment by an Ophthalmologist who suggested Pred forte 3 times a day. But that is not finding any cure.

Please suggest further remedy.

Iridocyclitis can be caused by local ocular diseases such as Herpes Eye Infection and also can be caused by systemic Autoimmune Diseases and Connective Tissue Diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Sarcoidosis and so on.

Pred Forte Eye drops is the first choice of treatment but also we should look for associated ocular and systemic diseases.

Treatment of these associated ocular and systemic diseases can reduce the severity and associated complications of Iridocyclitis and even sometimes and cure the disease.

Complete blood and autoimmune factors tests should be done.
