Question

Hi,

When my son was about 9 months old, I took him to see an eye doctor. He has had a tiny white dot inside of his pupil. I was told it was absolutely nothing and that it happened while he was developing inside of the womb.

I was also told it’s “something” reflecting on his lenses but he can’t see it only people looking can see it. It will not obstruct his vision and it isn’t cancer.

Can you help me?

Thanks

Answer

Thanks for your Question

Sorry the image that you attached is not clear and i can't make a diagnosis with it. I would prefer to upload a report from your doctor in the comment field below

In general if this pathology is benign with no complications and doesn't affect the vision of your kid then we have nothing to do and i don't recommend to do anything for a cosmetic purpose.

There’s a pin dot white spot right below the big white dot.
