Hi,

I just want to know if all patient with hypertension will get hypertensive retinopathy?

Thanks for your question

Not all patients with hypertension will get htpertensive retinopathy, only those with uncontrolled high hypertension will get that. Other ocular complications of hypertension are ischemic optic neuropathy and retinal vein occlusions.

Controlled hypertension rarely cause ocular complications.
