Hello Sir,
I am 17 years old and my Myopia developed at 16 years . My height is 6.03 ft (184cm) and weight is 165.3lbs (75 kg). My eye power is -0.25 (cyl) and -1.75 (sph) in right eye and +0 (cyl) and -1.75 (spl) in left eye.
Is it possible to decrease my eye power and what kind of recommendations can you give me?
P.S. I never wore Glasses and Contact lenses.

You should wear eyeglasses or contact lens because without any of them you will have blurred vision with headache and eye strain.
After the age of 18 years and with these low myopia you can do refractive surgery such as lasik or photorefractive keratectomy
